Verburg Park Beautification

Join us for a spring clean up and beautification of Verburg Park! Clean up activities will include:

• Remove litter and trash
• Clear the area of all invasive trees and bushes
• Create sight lines to improve views of the Kalamazoo River
• Create generous overlooks to create greater connectivity with our parks, river trail, and river.

In the fall we'll return to plant native trees, bushes, and grasses, to improve the area’s natural biodiversity.

This event is a collaboration between Michigan Waterways Stewards, Kzoo Parks, and BCK CISMA.
